The Red Cross will offer these 2 collections:
Power Red: A Power Red donation collects the red cells but returns most of the plasma and platelets to the donor. These donors must meet specific eligibility requirements and have type A Neg, B Neg, or O blood.
Blood: The most common type of donation, during which approximately a pint of 'whole blood' is given. This type of blood donation usually takes about an hour.

AthleteX is like a supercharged workout plan that mixes together different exercises to make you really fit. Tabata is a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that's like a short and intense burst of exercise. It's a workout method named after a Japanese scientist, Dr. Izumi Tabata. The cool thing about Tabata is that it's super time-efficient, lasting only about four minutes.
Here's how it works: You pick an exercise, like jumping jacks or squats, and you do it as hard as you can for 20 seconds. Then, you take a quick 10-second break. You repeat this cycle for a total of eight rounds, which adds up to four minutes.
The idea is to go all out during those 20 seconds, pushing your body to work really hard. Even though it's a short workout, Tabata can be pretty tough because you're giving it your all in those brief bursts.
People like Tabata because it's quick and still packs a punch. It's a great option for those with a busy schedule who want to get a good workout in a short amount of time. Just remember, it might be a quick four minutes, but it can leave you feeling energized and accomplished.
